Just160 Terms & Conditions The following are the terms and conditions for use of the Just160 Service ("the service") by any customer (also referred to as "user"). If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the service or website and should not complete the registration process.  Use of the website or service automatically binds the customer/user to this agreement. The Service The Just160 service consists of the website, web services, and SMS messaging system. Just160 makes no guarantee as to the availability of any service offered. The offer of sending free messages may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice. Messages shall be deemed to have been delivered/sent successfully when Just160 has delivered/sent the message to the immediate system/gateway that the Just160 service is programmed to communicate with. Just160 does not guarantee successful delivery of messages on behalf of the customer/user. Failure to deliver any message to the intended recipient by any system/gateway used by Just160 does not entitle the customer/user to a refund. Just160 does not guarantee any level of network coverage. Member Account To open an account with Just160, the customer/user must complete the registration process with full, accurate details.  A password will be chosen by the user, which must be kept confidential.  The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all access details. Just160 will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of a member account. Any suspicions of unauthorised access must be reported to Just160 immediately. Member Conduct The customer/user is entirely responsible for their use of the service. The customer/user agrees to abide by all applicable local, national and international laws.  The customer/user will be held entirely responsible for any breach of law and Just160 may report the customer/user to relevant authorities. The use of the service to send junk/spam messages is forbidden. Sending messages to recipients who have not granted permission to receive those messages is forbidden. Creating a false identity or misleading others as to the identity of the sender of messages is forbidden. Harrassing, threatening, or abusing others via the service is forbidden. Fees and Payments The customer/user may pay fees to Just160 for the delivery or partial delivery of messages through the service. All messages must be paid for in advance.  Failure to maintain sufficient credit will result in the inability to use the service.  The customer/user is responsible for ensuring clear funds before credit becomes low.  Clearance of deposited funds may take many days.  Just160 does not make any guarantee as to when funds will be cleared, but every effort will be made to update balances with clear funds as soon as possible. The customer/user may elect to cancel their service at any time.  Upon receipt of this request, Just160 will deactivate the account any pay any unused credit (minus a 10% refund fee) back to the customer/user via any method Just160 chooses.  Just160 does not guarantee refund of funds within any set timeframe, but will endeavour to complete the refund as soon as possible.  A 10% refund fee is payable and will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded. Just160 may adjust fees and charges at any time.  14 days notice will be given to existing customers/users, at which point new fees and charges will be applicable.  Just160 may elect to leave an individual customers rates unchanged or change only the rate for a specific customer.  Not all customers are guaranteed access to the same rates. No Warranties or Liabilities Just160 (including its owners, employees, suppliers, partners, affiliates and agents) will not be liable for any damage, loss or liability of any nature incurred by whomever and resulting in the use of the website or service.  This includes but is not limited to the inability to access the service. Just160 does not make any warranties or representations that the website or service shall be available at all times. Customers/users acknowledge that the website or service may be unavailable at any time for any reason. Just160 does not make any warranties or representation that content and services available shall in all cases be true, correct or free from any errors.
